Typhoon Bavi is developing into a super strong typhoon that will hit hard South Korea's western regions.

A typhoon alert is in place for seas and land down south while a preliminary typhoon advisory is in place across much of the country.

The typhoon will bring downpours and powerful winds along the west coast, in fact, those in Jeju and near the West coast will see near gale force winds of 60 meters a second that's strong enough to make it difficult to walk. Skyscrapers may sway as well.

Keep your windows tight and be extra careful.
