Due to the over traffic at the immigration office, International Exchange Center will accept the application and submit to the immigration office all at once for Extension of Stay / Visa Status Change. If you would like to visit immigration office by yourself, you should contact "Hi Korea website" and "Register for visit" and make a reservation. If you do not make a reservation, they cannot proceed the application at the spot. Because of your visa expiration dates, Some of the students cannot apply through us. In that case, you should make a reservation through hikorea website and visit the immigration office by yourself. If you passes the expiration date, you have to pay the penalty fare.

    First Submission: 1~11 September 2020 (10:00-12:00 / 14:00-17:00)

    Second Submission: 21~25 September 2020 (10:00-12:00 / 14:00-17:00)

  2. Alien Registration Card

  3. Bank Balance Certificate (For those ①completed the Undergraduate Program or ②students with lower than 2.0 GPA or ③staying more than 8 semesters in your study period)

  4. Certificate of Enrollment, Transcript

  5. Certificate of Tuition Payment (Available at the International Exchange Center)

  6. Certificate of Dormitory Resident (Available at the Dormitory Office)

  7. Insurance Certificate (Please check if you have insurance in Korea at the International Exchange Center)

※ Based on the new Korean Government Policy, all the international students must apply for the National Health Insurance from March, 2021.

The average monthly insurance fee is around 115,000 won. There may be a 50% discount for the international students and the specific information will be address later.
