The 2021 final assessment dates have been confirmed. Please prepare the final presentation for your graduation project(and thesis) in a public presentation to the graduation committee and in which you defend your work against questions of the graduation committee.

3. Each presentation will occupy 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for questions.
- You may use any tool that you like to create slides, but you should be submitted it via email(ICCE) in PDF or PPT/X format before 11:00 PM on Monday, December 27, 2021.The final Assessment will take place both in a remote way (on ZOOM) and in the presence (International College building). Those who are prospective graduates in presence can be accompanied by a maximum of 3 guests, who must provide their Vaccine Pass (quarantine pass). Other guests can participate in the final assessment remotely.To help you with preparing for your Final Presentation, Please see the information below:1. Prepare your presentationIn the public presentation (the colloquium), you will present the topic of your Final Project to a broader audience. Ensure that your presentation is structured and that it contains the most important elements and results. Given the time limit, you must stick carefully to your message, and practice your presentation multiple times. Also, you should be able to demonstrate your project in the final presentation.2. Assessment The graduation committee assesses and grades your graduation project and the assessment involves 6 criteria that are differently weighted in the assessment. - Literature Review - Problem Definition - Solution Methodology - Implementation and Results - Oral Presentation and Response to Questions - Report(Thesis)3. On the day of your presentation - Prepare a business casual outfit for the presentation. - Arrive in the presentation room 20 mins early at least. - You will be given 5 minutes to set up. - Bring with you any other technology/adaptor/USB to make your presentation a success (optional).
