Professor Kessler speaks at a conference in Bexco about Wellness Food

Professor Kessler of the Workplace Wellness Research Lab spoke at the Food Refurb Conference.  His speech titled ‘Food Upcycling and Wellness Superfoods: An ancestral solution to a modern problem’  In his speech he talked about Nutrition Density, Wellness Food, Food Upcycling and the Cynifen Framework to solve complex problems.  After his speech finished, they had a panel discussion with experts hosted by Professor Hyungmin Choi, and panelist Professor Souji Pillai from the University of Alabama, Yoo Dong-yoon of Youngsan University, Professor Mary O'Neil, and Graduate student Roofia Farheen from Dongseo University.
