Academic Notice [2025 Fall Semester] BDAD Learning Community(Application Period: 25th Aug – 16th Sep)

1. Eligibility
(Enrolled students: International students, students with disabilities, adult learners, etc.)
  • Tutor (Leader) A student in their 2nd year or above who will help new/current students adapt to university life and support major studies.
  • Tutee (Member) A student who wants to participate in learning activities with a tutor.
    A student who needs help with major courses.
2. Application Method
  • Access the MYDEX website (QR code available).
  • The team leader (tutor) submits the application (including the operation plan).
  • The team should specify their learning topic or major-related keywords.
3. Application Period
August 25th (Mon) – September 16th (Tue)
4. Activity Period
September 22nd(Mon) - December 8th (Mon)
(Online Orientation will be schduled : September 17th(Wed) at 1:00 PM)
5. Activity Details
  • Team Composition: 1 tutor + 2–9 tutees (up to 9 people)
  • Activity time: 10–40 hours depending on the operation plan
  • Tutors must submit an activity report with attendance photos as proof.
  • Face-to-face activities are encouraged.
6. Benefits of Participation
(1) Learning Points Tutor: 3 points / Tutee: 1 point
(2) Tutor Scholarship 10,000 KRW per activity hour
(3) Awards for Outstanding Teams Certificates and prizes for excellent team performance
7. Important Notes
  • Double participation in multiple learning communities is not allowed.
  • A tutor cannot participate as a tutee in another team.
  • No additional scholarship is provided under the academic scholarship regulations.
    (Extended enrollment students NOT provided.)
