[Recruitment for Exchange Students to Japan - 2026 Spring Semester]
1. Eligibility and Qualifications
a. Currently enrolled in the International College
※ Engineering students and students on leave of absence are not eligible to apply
b. Must be in the third year, second semester during the dispatch semester
c. Must be registered at Dognseo University during the dispatch semester.
d. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 4.0/4.5 or above
d. Possess English proficiency with TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0 or above, or Japanese proficiency with JLPT N1 or above

2. Host University: Kyushu University, School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation

3. Dispatch Period: 2026 Spring Semester (One semester)
※ Kyushu University's Spring-Summer quarters are from Early April 2026 to Early August 2026

4. Number of Dispatched Students: Maximum of 2

5. Dispatch Conditions:
a. Payment of tuition fees to Dongseo University during the dispatch period
b. Exemption from tuition fees at the host university
c. All other expenses such as airfare, dormitory fees, etc., are the responsibility of the student
d. Recognition of credits earned at the host university
e. Due to delays in grade processing during the dispatch period, students will be excluded from the scholarship selection process for the following semester. As a result, they will not be eligible for a scholarship in the Fall 2026 semester and must pay the full tuition and dormitory fees.

6. Selection Method: Interview evaluation by the IC Operating Committee after recommendation from the Academic Advisor, Department Chair, and Dean

7. Selection Schedule:
-Recruitment of participants: September 22 to September 26, 2025
-Interview evaluation: September 29 to September 30, 2025
-Preparation of application documents and application form for Kyushu University: October 10 to October 14, 2025

8. Required Documents
a. Application form (download from the notice)
b. English Version of Transcript (from Academic Affairs Office on the 4F of New Millennium Building)
c. Copy of language proficiency test scores
※ After an application is accepted, the IC Office will request the applicant's academic advisor, Department Chair, and Dean of International College for a recommendation letter
