[Dormitory Luggage Storage for the 2024 Summer Vacation]

The students who will not stay at the dormitory during vacation need to remove their belonings in the room and return the room key to the dormitory office upon checkout.
If you don't return the key, the dormitory fee will be charged.

If you want to store your lugguage, please read the notice from the dormitory office attached in this notice.

For a luggage storage service, you should pack your belongings in a box or a suitcase.
You can buy a new empty box in the post office. The closest post office is on the KIT campus.

[Luggage Storage Application Procedure]
-Period: June 24-28, 09:00-17:00
-Place: Dormitory Office at Global Village (7F, East Hall)
-Storage Fee: 18,000 Won per box
-Procedure:
1) Visit the dormitory office with luggage and cash for the fee
2) Receive luggage storage ticket. (don't lose this ticket for luggage collection when you return.)
-Collection Date: August 28 and 30 (two days only)
