Dear students,
Please be informed that the application period for Student-Selected Pass/Non-pass (P/N) Evaluation is as follows. Students who wish to apply should do so during the designated period and take note of the important information below.
1. Application Period
- April 21, 2025 (Mon) at 09:00 – May 2, 2025 (Fri) at 18:00
2. Eligible Courses
- General education and other departments’ major courses that are normally graded (i.e., not originally P/N courses)
3. Application Limit
- You may apply for up to 12 credits throughout your entire enrollment at the university (from admission to graduation)
4. How to Apply
- Access the Student Support System Web Service → [Course Registration] → [Apply for Student-Selected P/N Evaluation] → [Select Courses] → Click the "Apply" button next to the course
5. Grade Evaluation Method
- If you receive a grade of C or higher, it will be recorded as P (Pass)
- If you receive a grade of D or lower, it will be recorded as N (Non-pass)
6. Important Notes
- Please make your selection carefully, as you cannot modify or cancel your P/N selection after the application period ends. It is strongly recommended that you consult with your academic advisor before applying.
- For all types of scholarships (including national and university-based), evaluations will be based on original numerical grades, not P/N status
- If a student receives N (Non-pass) in a P/N course, they can re-apply for P/N evaluation upon retaking the course
- Courses with Student-Selected P/N Evaluation will appear as P/N on your official transcript
