[COVID-19 Aftereffects Survey]

Some of the people who were infected with COVID-19 are suffering from aftereffects such as coughing, shortness of breath, pain, and fatigue.

In order to check the health status of students and to find ways to maintain students' better health, DSU Health Center would like to conduct a survey on students who have experienced COVID-19 infection. If you have experienced it, please join the survey at the link below.
