Day trip to Gimhae city (fall semester 2017)

GSI has organised a day-long trip to Gimhae for GSI students on November 10th.
Gimhae is not just a medium sized city neighboured by Busan, the city was also the capital city of the Gaya in the Iron Age and is famous for its advanced ironwear culture. We are visiting Tomb of King Suro, the National Museum and have a chance to experience Korean traditional handcraft. The most exciting and probably most memorable part of the whole trip was to hand-on experience making traditional potery and also silk-dying.
