Directing Track
Track Overview: The goal of this program is to cultivate the ability to analyze the script to be filmed, conduct pre-visualization work, and manipulate the composition of the screen, spatial relationships, shot sizes, camera angles, and camera movements, to become a director of photography and lighting director.
Track Objectives:
- Performance Criteria:Analyze the scenario and storyboard, understand the overall story, develop a shooting plan, and derive creative visual expression techniques. Establish detailed shooting plans based on the production schedule and execute the shooting.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of the production process, knowledge of shooting techniques, knowledge of visual expression techniques, knowledge of color and light, knowledge of spatial composition, lenses, and camera movements.
- Skills: Ability to analyze the scenario and storyboard, shooting techniques for different genres, analysis techniques for shooting environments, ability to operate on set, ability to set various lighting depending on the location and time of the scenario.
- Attitude: A mindset that seeks to create videos from various perspectives, an actively receptive attitude towards new shooting techniques, and a cooperative attitude towards the crew.
